Coming onto the course having done no prior meditation or mindful practice, this was a fantastic experience and really insightful! Not only did I enjoy what I learned in the 4 weeks, but I have come away with new habits and tools that I can implement into my day to day. Things I can already see having such a positive effect. Ais thank you for being such an approachable and patient facilitator.
I really enjoyed Aisling’s classes on meditation. She was patient, open, informative, and real. I appreciated how useful and relevant the content she provided was.
I was expecting to mainly learn about meditation, but the practical strategies for self-care and dealing with stress were an added bonus and will be so helpful to me.
