Join me for a 4-week meditation program to equip yourself with simple, effective techniques for bringing a little more balance and ease into your everyday life. Something we could all do with a little more of right? Now, especially more than ever.

My Learn to Meditate E-Course will help you to not only implement a regular meditation practice, but maintain it, despite the myriad of obstacles that will get in the way. Each session includes a component of theory, meditation practice and group discussion all held online from the comfort of your own home.

This Program Includes:

Simple techniques to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice

A clear understanding of what meditation is and how it works

How to overcome the common misconceptions that make meditation seem challenging

Clear explanations and real-life examples on how to integrate these practices

Tips and tools to deal with manage stress, regulate emotions and build your resilience bank

How to apply the tools of meditation and mindfulness to everyday experiences, particularly in your relationships

An opportunity to ask questions, discuss experiences and interact with other students with regular ongoing support

An 80-page manual to complement your learning journey & further support you

By the end of our four sessions together you will have not only received expert guidance on this practice, but empowered knowledge through your direct experience, course content, and easily integrateable tools on how to further incorporate this into the rest of your life. 

Once you've completed the course you will have ongoing contact with me to guide you where and however you need, as well as a private Facebook group where I'll share ongoing resources and tools to keep you connected with this life-changing practice.
