Retreat weekends are the perfect space to do just that. Through the gift of time and space, they facilitate that pause, allowing you to take deep rest, and ultimately return home to yourself. Helping to act as that well-needed reset, leaving you re-energised with a renewed sense of purpose and energy as you start off the new year.
This summer we'll be traveling to the breathtaking 215 Mt Buffalo right in the heart of Victoria’s Alpine Country, a 3.5 hour drive from Melbourne. Complete with its own private purpose-built yoga studio, pool & fire pit, surrounded by Mount Buffalo National Park home of stunning natural waterfalls and immersed in natural beauty, this luxury accommodation will make for the most perfect setting for our time together.
Over the course of three days, we’ll explore meditation and mindfulness practices, yoga and waterfall swims, be served nourishing meals, and enjoy plenty of rest. A weekend immersed in incredible natural surroundings, to move a little slower, and to be nurtured and well looked after, acting as the great reset you’ve been long craving, particularly after the year that was 2020.
