Through various Mindfulness meditation practices, we will explore different themes and practices in order to understand the practical implementation of mindfulness in your life, as well as practicing it for yourself through a guided meditation in this community setting. Whether you're a beginner just starting out, or already an advanced practitioner, if you're interested in building a strong foundation, then this is the class for you.
