We look forward to welcoming you at our live event, 13 March 2021. We will be regularly reviewing government guidelines and advice in the lead-up to our event and these FAQs may be updated as required.
What are you doing to comply with VIC COVID safety?
Collection of attendee details via QR code at arrival
Separate seating area’s and breakout area’s
COVID Safety Managers onsite
Enhanced cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas
Physical distancing where queues may exist, please adhere to marked area’s
Sanitiser placed at the arrival of the event space, food area’s and bathrooms
Inclusion of individual food and beverages per person, no shared options

Will this event have physical distancing?
Yes, we will. When queuing, please adhere to the distancing dots on the floor. Seats will be separated 1.5m apart as per our COVID Safe Plan.
What should I do if I am unwell prior to the event?
You must not attend this live event if you have signs or symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), such as: cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath. We recommend that you get tested if any of these symptoms exist. Please refer to the refund section of our terms and conditions in regards to your ticket if you are unwell and cannot attend.
Do I have to wear a face mask at the event?
You will be required to wear a mask at the arrival and any time you visit the bathroom. You may remove your mask when drinking or eating. If anything changes in regards to wearing masks, we will work with DHHS and other agencies to ensure that all aspects of your event experience are consistent with public health expectations and guidelines.
How are you promoting appropriate personal and hand hygiene?
Sanitising will be available at arrival and in the food and beverage area’s, and the bathrooms.
How will Conscious Conversations adhere to contact tracing protocols?
Details of customers will be collected at the time of booking for contact-tracing purposes, and stored via our ticketing system, in compliance with DHHS guidelines and in accordance with privacy laws and obligations.
In addition to the above, a QR code check-in will be required at the event prior to being seated.
How will refunds work?

Who should I contact if I want a refund or if I need to change my card details?
Please email all of your booking details to hello@consciousconversations.live to request a refund, along with the reason for requesting the refund. Your request will be assessed by the CC team in line with our terms and conditions.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If the live event is cancelled, we will be hosting the event online via Zoom. All details will be emailed to you prior to the event date.
What if I am feeling unwell on the day?
We can email you a link to watch the recorded event or refund your ticket.
